Introduction to Munich city guide

Introduction

Munich, the beating heart of Bavaria, offers a perfect blend of historic grandeur and contemporary vibrancy. A city of neo-Gothic castles, centuries-old breweries, and world-class museums, Munich is also a young and dynamic cultural hub: green spaces like the Englischer Garten, creative neighborhoods, and a lifestyle that blends tradition and innovation. In this guide, I reveal not only the must-see attractions—like the spectacular Marienplatz and the towers of the Frauenkirche—but also authentic routes off the beaten path, the best places to savor a craft beer, and insider tips for experiencing the city like a local.
