Frequently asked questions about FlyKube accommodations
During booking you choose the hotel category: Standard (2-3 star hotel, included), Superior (4 star hotel) or Premium (5 star hotel). On Surprise Destination and Christmas Markets you also choose the area in the city. On Surprise Beach you also choose how close you stay to the sea. The hotel matches what you select.
You do not choose the exact hotel: that stays part of the surprise. You do choose the category, and on some trips also the area or how close you stay to the sea.
Breakfast is not included in the Standard category. On many bookings you can add it as an extra.
You can indicate preferences such as double bed or twin beds during booking. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to hotel availability.
Not always. On Surprise Destination and Christmas Markets you choose the area: anywhere, central or city center. On Surprise Beach you choose the location: anywhere, city center close to the sea, or beachfront. The hotel matches what you select.
