Success stories: how companies use FlyKube

Real usage examples in format, not invented clients or fake ROI.

Success stories for corporate gifts are often a logo list and an unverifiable percentage. This page does not do that. Here you will see FlyKube usage examples: typical HR, sales, procurement and sector scenarios, written as such. No invented client names or retention ROI from a hat. There is a verifiable product: surprise trip with flights and hotel from 109 EUR, destination 48 hours before, 100+ destinations, 250,000+ travelers since 2017 and Trustpilot 4.2/5 with 2,300+ reviews.

Why we show scenarios, not brands

Because a logo without permission is false advertising, and "+37% engagement" without a study is noise. You want to know if your case resembles another. The corporate gifts hub and pages for employees, clients and incentives detail the product. Here you see how it is assembled.

If your sector is automotive or transport, go to those pages: examples speak of forecourt and fleet. If your urgency is Q4, Christmas 2027.

Patterns that repeat (without attributing them to one company)

  • Pilot of 10 to 30 people before a workforce batch.
  • Two tiers: standard and VIP, same operation.
  • Sales contest with codes issued only at close.
  • Christmas order accrued in December, redeemed over 36 months.
  • Detail for a short client book, not the whole base.

The surprise trip and card cover those patterns. Team building appears when the brief asks for group, not a personal gift. FlyKube vs Smartbox appears when the committee comes from boxes and wants to understand the format change.

How to measure success without a magic KPI

Measure what is yours: percentage of codes redeemed in 12 months, internal NPS on delivery, procurement time to invoice, number of emails to HR asking for "another mug". We do not promise a number. We offer a product people use because they want to travel. The 36-month validity means redemption is not judged in January.

A pilot is the honest form of a future "success story": 15 codes, one story, one announcement date. If it works, you scale. If not, you have not signed an office mural. The price from 109 EUR makes the pilot defensible to finance. Invoice: Kube Ecosystem SL, Barcelona.

What you will not find here

No "Company X increased sales 20%". No invented testimonials. No client gallery without authorization. There are scenarios. If we later publish a named case, it will be with permission and figures that company can stand behind.

You will also see the company anniversary pattern (one batch on milestone day) and year-end (fiscal close, 36-month redemption). Neither needs a client name to be useful: they need headcount, budget from 109 EUR and a story that does not contradict the ranking. If your committee asks for "cases like ours", bring sector and size; we return a proposal that copies the pattern, not someone else's logo. The blog explains the product to the traveler; this page explains fit to the company.

If your case mixes two stories (e.g. workforce Christmas and sales ranking), do not force one announcement. Use two messages and, if you want, one order. Christmas gifts and sales awards pages are separate for that reason. An internal success story, in practice, is a pilot that is understood and a second batch signed without reopening the debate.

Tell us your scenario

Describe in the form workforce, clients, incentive or sector, and headcount. business@flykube.com if you prefer email. We return a proposal that resembles your case, not a catalogue case study. For procurement, that is already a process success story.

Usage examples (not named clients)

๐Ÿงช

Recognition pilot in a product team

Example use: 12 codes after a launch. Each person books when the sprint allows. If the story works, HR repeats next quarter.

๐Ÿค

Annual account VIP book

Example use: 25 strategic clients receive a trip on renewal. The account sends the message. No hamper or shipping to 25 sites.

๐Ÿฅ‡

Quarterly sales ranking

Example use: top 8 of the ranking. Codes at close. 36-month validity to avoid clashing with next Q. See sales awards.

๐ŸŽ„

Workforce Christmas with open redemption

Example use: one December batch, announcement at dinner, trip when each family can. Nobody flies on the 24th by obligation.

๐Ÿš—

Dealership: handover + internal ranking

Example use: one code line for stock campaign clients and another for top sales. Two stories, one supplier.

๐Ÿš›

Fleet: road safety prize

Example use: drivers with zero incidents in the quarter get a trip. The fleet is not stopped the same Saturday.
